1. Introduction

The purpose of this Policy is to inform, in accordance with applicable regulations, about the processing of personal data collected through the website https://ISDE.es (hereinafter "ISDE.es").

Accessing and using ISDE.es and/or its subdomains grants you the status of a user (hereinafter "User/s") and implies the knowledge and acceptance of all conditions included in this Privacy Policy.

We are transparent about what we do with your personal data, so that you understand the implications of the uses we make or the rights you have concerning your data. We provide you with this Privacy Policy permanently, which you can consult whenever you wish.

3. How do we collect personal data?


Users are informed that, as a result of using certain functionalities of ISDE.es, it is necessary to provide certain personal data that will be incorporated into files controlled by ISDE. Specifically, ISDE.es will register the following information:

  • Data from the contact form that the User voluntarily provides to request commercial information (name, surname, email, and phone).
  • Data from the form for receiving information about updates, offers, events, and promotions (name, surname, email, and phone).
  • Data from the registration form for events and activities organized by ISDE.
  • Data from forms related to academic program admissions or Alumni registration.
  • Data from the "Job Bank" contact form for users applying to job openings.


4. What is the purpose of processing your data?


The information collected through ISDE.es will generally be processed:

  • To process and respond to requests for information made by Users through the available forms on ISDE.es, email, and/or phone.
  • To send information and commercial communications when the User has authorized it (invitations to events and information from Digitalent Group).
  • To manage the registration process for ISDE's academic programs.
  • To record online events that the User participates in (if they voluntarily activate their camera).

5. Are automated decisions and profiling performed?


We inform you that there are no automated decisions, including profiling.

6. To whom will we disclose your data?


ISDE may share users' data with universities or other collaborating educational entities involved in the training programs, as specifically indicated in each case, who will use the data for the stated purposes and in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

  • If the program attended is the Digital Master Business Administration, the users' data will be shared with ISDI – Digitalent Group S.L.
  • If the program attended is the Master in Sports Management and Legal Skills, the users' data will be shared with FC Barcelona.
  • If the program attended is the Global Master in Sports Management and Legal Skills, the users' data will be shared with FC Barcelona.
  • If the program attended is the Executive Master in Law and Sports Management, the users' data will be shared with Club Estudiantes, S.A.D.
  • If the program attended is the Master in Industrial Property, Intellectual Property, Competition, and New Technologies, the users' data will be shared with Pons Escuela de Negocios S.L.
  • If the program attended is the Master in Representation and Management of Artists and Athletes, the users' data will be shared with Pons Escuela de Negocios S.L.
  • If the program attended is the Access to the Legal Profession Course, the users' data will be shared with the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Tarrasa.

Additionally, to fulfill the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy and properly manage the service provided and users' personal data, ISDE will collaborate with third-party service providers who may have access to their personal data and will process the data on behalf of ISDE as part of their service provision. ISDE is committed to entering into the corresponding data processing agreement with them, which will impose the following obligations, among others: applying appropriate technical and organizational measures; processing the personal data for the agreed purposes and strictly following ISDE's documented instructions; and deleting or returning the data to ISDE once the services are completed.

7. What is the legal basis for processing?


The legal basis for processing the collected data is as follows:


- We consider that we have your consent to address the requests or inquiries you make through the various contact methods (phone, email), as well as to contact you and record calls for quality purposes, informing you of the recording at the beginning of the first call. We believe that processing this data is also beneficial to you, as it allows us to assist you properly and resolve the inquiries made. When your inquiry is related to the exercise of the rights described below or claims related to our services, the legal basis for processing your data is compliance with our legal obligations.

- When you contact us specifically for admission requests related to your pre-registration/registration through ISDE.es, processing is necessary for the execution of the contract/pre-contract.

- The legitimate basis for processing your data for sending communications about Digitalent Group products, event registration, and activities organized by ISDE, among other purposes, is the consent you provide, for example, when you agree to receive information through various channels.

- The legitimate basis for processing your data for registration in events and activities organized by ISDE, as well as recording online events in which you participate (when you voluntarily activate your camera), is the consent you provide.

- The legitimate basis for processing the accreditation survey for ISDE training programs is the contractual relationship with the student.

- We consider we have the candidate's consent when they have submitted their application via ISDE.es or by emailing addresses at @ISDE.es.

- We consider we have the alumni's consent when they have submitted their registration request as an ISDE Alumni.

- We rely on ISDE's legitimate interest in ensuring the security of its website, systems, and information to process data for monitoring and controlling the use of the website.

8. How long will we keep your data?


Personal data will be kept by ISDE only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

  • In the case of contact forms, information requests, admission requests, or emails: for as long as necessary to properly address your request.
  • In the case of commercial communications, event registrations, and activities organized by Digitalent Group: until the User revokes the consent given for receiving them.
  • During the duration of the pre-contractual/contractual relationship with us, and after its termination, for the periods required by law for any obligations arising from data processing.
  • In the case of CVs: until the User revokes the consent given or one year from their receipt.
  • In the case of the job bank: until the User revokes the consent given.
  • In the case of Alumni: until the User revokes the consent given.

However, after the specified period, the data may be blocked and retained by ISDE for handling any potential responsibilities arising from data processing, and only for the period necessary to address such responsibilities. Once the prescribed period expires, personal data will be deleted by ISDE.

9. Cookies


The processing of data collected through cookies and similar technologies will be carried out in accordance with our **Cookie Policy**.

10. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?


We are committed to respecting the confidentiality of your personal data and ensuring that you can exercise your rights. At ISDE, we have agreed that you can exercise these rights free of charge by sending us an email to a unique email address dpd@isde.es, simply indicating the reason for your request and the right you wish to exercise. If we consider it necessary to identify you, we may request a copy of a document to verify your identity. The User may revoke their consent for the processing of their data at any time.

In particular, regardless of the purpose or legal basis under which we process your data, the User may, at any time, request ISDE confirmation on whether their personal data is being processed by our company and, if so, access it. The User may also request the rectification of inaccurate data or, in some cases, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Furthermore, in certain circumstances, the User may request the limitation of data processing, in which case we will only keep the data for the exercise or defense of claims. The User may also object to the processing of their data in certain circumstances. ISDE will stop processing the data, except for overriding legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defense of potential claims. Finally, when applicable, the User may exercise the right to portability to obtain the data in electronic format or to have it transmitted to another entity.

11. Updates and changes to the Privacy Policy


ISDE reserves the right to make modifications to this Privacy Policy, and therefore it is recommended that Users visit it periodically. When significant changes occur in this Privacy Policy, they will be communicated to Users for their acceptance through notices on ISDE.es or through any other appropriate procedure depending on the circumstances.
