2. OBJECT AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
2.1 These are the general conditions (hereinafter "general conditions") that regulate access, navigation and use of the websites under the domain "isdemasters.com", "isdegrado.com" and others linked to ISDE (hereinafter, Site Web), as well as the responsibilities derived from the use of its contents (hereinafter understood as "contents" the texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information, as well as any other creation protected by national laws and international treaties on intellectual and industrial property). - If the program studied is the Master in Sports Management and Legal Skills, the user data will be shared with Futbol Club Barcelona.
- If the program studied is the Global Master in Sports Management and Legal Skills, the user data will be shared with Futbol Club Barcelona.
- If the program studied is the Executive Master in Law and Sports Management, the user data will be shared with Club Estudiantes, S.A.D.
- If the program studied is the Master in Industrial and Intellectual Property, Competition and New Technologies, the user data will be shared with Pons Escuela de Negocios S.L.
- If the program studied is the Master in Representation and Management of Artists and Athletes, the user data will be shared with Pons Escuela de Negocios S.L.
- If the program studied is the Course for Access to the Legal Profession, the user data will be shared with the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Tarrasa.
The user authorizes ISDE and the companies of the Diffusion Group to send electronic communications informing them of products and services related to the purpose indicated in the previous paragraph.

7. RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTIES
7.1. ISDE does not guarantee the legality, reliability, usefulness, truthfulness or accuracy of the services or information it distributes through the Website.
7.2. Consequently, ISDE does not guarantee and is not responsible for: (i) the continuity of the contents of the Website; (ii) the absence of errors in said contents or the correction of any defect that may occur; (iii) the absence of viruses and/or other harmful components on the Website or on the server that supplies it; (iv) the invulnerability of the Website and/or the impregnability of the security measures adopted therein; (v) the lack of usefulness or performance of the contents of the Website; (vi) the damages or losses caused, to itself or to a third party, by any person who infringes the conditions, rules and instructions that ISDE establishes on the Website or through the violation of the security systems of the Website.

9. GENERALITIES
9.1. The headings of the different clauses are for information purposes only and will not affect, qualify or expand the interpretation of the general conditions.
9.2. In the event of a discrepancy between the provisions of these general conditions and the specific conditions of each specific service, the provisions of the latter shall prevail.
9.3. In the event that any provision or provisions of these general conditions were considered null or inapplicable, in whole or in part, by any competent Court, Tribunal or administrative body, such nullity or inapplicability shall not affect the other provisions of the general conditions or the specific conditions of the different ISDE services.
9.4. The non-exercise or execution by ISDE of any right or provision contained in these general conditions shall not constitute a waiver thereof, unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by ISDE.
10. JURISDICTION
10.1. The relations established between ISDE and the User shall be governed by the provisions of current regulations regarding applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction. However, for cases in which the regulations provide the possibility for the parties to submit to a jurisdiction, ISDE and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
